Case Study

My search for a computer system for our 2 locations started in 1998 for our business to be ready for the year 2000. I had spoken with many people in the electric supply industry in addition to attending seminars and meetings with other computer companies. I was very interested in meeting with DDI. Adam Waller, one of the partners came to our store to demonstrate what DDI can accomplish.

After the session, I was very impressed with DDI System and signed the papers. That's when you really find out what this company can do for you. The hours that DDI people put into our new computers so that when the time comes for you to start using your new system made it a snap! Remember, we had a computer for 17 years before this one, and we only knew the old system.

But DDI told us we would use the same codes, just with a lot more avenues to search. They definitely lived up to their word. The switch over was very easy and my employees learned very fast. We have been with DDI System now for six years. We are very happy with the system and DDI. I would just like to say thank you to all the DDI people for all their support in making my business run great.
